Big Mind on the Oregon Coast
An Introductory Retreat in Zen & Western Psychology
Discover Stillness and Self-Awareness by the Sea
Join us for a day of exploration and renewal on the beautiful Oregon Coast. In this introductory retreat, we’ll dive into the Big Mind method, a powerful synthesis of Zen Buddhism and Western psychology developed to help us understand and awaken to our true nature.
Through the practice of Zazen (seated meditation) and guided Big Mind sessions, you’ll learn to recognize the inner voices that shape your experience – including fear, doubt, and self-judgment – and transform them into awakened, compassionate awareness.
