Meditation PRACTICE

Learning to sit with your life as it is

Meditation on the Oregon Coast

You are welcome here, whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years.

If you are new to meditation, you may be looking for a way to find steadiness in the midst of uncertainty and a chaotic world.

If you have practiced for years and feel stuck or frustrated, this is a place to deepen and clarify your practice in a grounded way.
Meditation is not about becoming someone else.
It is about learning to be with what is, to see clearly, and to meet your experience as it is.

I meditate every day, and I can’t imagine life without it. It is a deep joy to share this practice with others and to support people in learning how to sit with their own mind and experience.

Ways to Practice:

Zazen (Meditation)

Weekly Sunday sitting and ongoing practice.

Learning to be with breath, body, and experience, just as it is.
Over time, practice becomes less about effort and more about allowing —

a quiet returning to what is already here.
