In Zen “the hazy moon of enlightenment” is a beautiful metaphor for a self-actualized life, the hazy moon is my inspiration for what I call Zen Psychotherapy.
I am a Psychotherapist, Educator and Zen priest, offering on-line counseling and workshops based on transpersonal psychotherapy, Somatic Experience and Zen Buddhism. I believe that all human beings are born with an innate wisdom that can heal our psychological pain.
