Workshops
I offer workshops designed for those seeking to deepen their awakening process in a group setting.
We live in a world where it’s becoming increasingly hard to ignore our interconnectedness as a species and with nature. Our actions impact one another from morning to night. While much of our psychological healing and spiritual practice focuses on the individual journey of awakening and refinement, rightly so, the interpersonal dimension is often overlooked.
In my experience, engaging in healing and awakening within a group setting amplifies clarity and compassion as we discover how even the most personal experiences are fundamentally impersonal and resonate with us all. By embracing the interpersonal dimension of ourselves, we come to realize that we are not separate bubbles with isolated lives and practices. Rather, we are one collective being, manifesting in our unique ways. This insight can have a profound healing impact in itself.
Of course, opening up to others and exploring our edges and shadows can be challenging, especially since many of our traumas occur in relational contexts. This process can activate feelings of insecurity and sometimes fear. However, it is precisely within these relationships that healing can take place, as we discover the sameness and Oneness in our different ways of expressing ourselves.

“We cannot change the way the world is, but by opening ourselves to the world as it is, we may find that gentleness, decency and bravery are available – not only to us, but to all human beings.”
